Medicare & EPC Plans

  • EPC / Chronic Disease Management Plan is a referral-based plan from your doctor. In order to qualify, you must be referred for chiropractic from your treating doctor.
  • If you have an EPC referral from your GP, we can process your rebate after payment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let us know as soon as you can. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or missed appointments may incur a fee.
