No referral is needed. You can book with us directly at any time.

Something comfy — like activewear or casual clothes. You won’t need to change unless you want to.

If it’s safe and appropriate, yes. We always explain what we’re doing and only proceed with your full consent.

We don’t routinely X-ray every patient. If it’s clinically necessary, we’ll refer you for imaging and explain why. Your safety and comfort come first.

Absolutely. We provide age-appropriate care and always check with parents before doing anything. The approach is gentle and respectful.

Yes, absolutely — many of our patients are busy parents. Just let us know so we can help make your visit smooth.

Yes — we offer gentle, tailored care for all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. Everything is adapted to be safe and comfortable.

That depends on your goals, history and how your body responds. We’ll always give you honest guidance — with no pressure or long-term “pre-paid plans.”

Yes, if your extras cover includes chiropractic. We offer HICAPS for on-the-spot rebates.

Unfortunately we only have stairs – approximately 12-16 steps.
