We know it can feel a little nerve-wracking visiting a new chiropractor. That’s
why we take the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel safe and
supported — right from the first visit.
Your First Visit
We’ll have a relaxed chat about your health and concerns. A thorough assessment (posture, movement, nervous system). You’ll receive your first treatment unless contraindications present. Length: approx. 30 minutes
The Second Visit
We go over your findings from the first visit and talk about your treatment plan – how long, what we’re going to do and why. We’ll explain everything clearly — no pressure, no pushy plans. You’ll receive your second treatment. Length: 30 minutes
Follow-Up Visits
These are shorter sessions where we check in, reassess, and build on your progress. Length: 15 minutes
